The protesters at Coutts on the Canada-U.S. border are holding formation and want the world to know that they are completely peaceful and that the police claims that they are a militant group have no basis in fact. They claim that claims by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) that they attempted to ram a protesting vehicle and threatened their officers last night were completely fabricated, and that there is no evidence to support these claims. The protesters claim that claims that firearms were found among their belongings during last night’s raid are untrue. They clearly stated that none of the protesters were carrying firearms.
