The South African Cabinet has decided (https://twitter.com/PresidencyZA/status/1488239274474491906) that those who test positive for Covid-19 but have no symptoms no longer need to be quarantined. “Those who test positive without symptoms, you don’t have to be isolated. If you test positive with symptoms, the isolation period is shortened from 10 days to 7 days. Contacts do not have to be isolated if they have no symptoms.”
